The Collector Series was created as a way to recognise our earliest supporters, especially within our Instagram community. It will be the first series of Swi units ever produced, with delivery expected in autumn 2026.
This original edition is available by pre-order only. It represents a commitment to Swiway and allows us, in return, to commit to producing this numbered series. You will be able to follow the production progress and will be notified by email as each step moves forward. Please note: once the pre-order payment has been committed to production, we will no longer be able to refund it.
The Collector Series is an original edition, authenticated by a certificate, limited and engraved with an individual number from #001 to #200 on each Swi.
Le Swi est aussi disponible sur réservation, c’est la série Classique ci-dessus. Le montant de la réservation est votre participation pour être pioritairement servi. Il n'est pas remboursable car cette série contribue à fixer le rythme de production et les priorités de livraison pour la fin de l’année. Pour rappel, la série Classique vous permet de vous procurer un Swi avant tout le monde, tout simplement, et c’est déjà énorme car sans équivalent sur le marché!
Yes. Swi is designed to be accessible to everyone - you don’t need to know how to skateboard.
The learning curve is quick, and in that sense, it feels closer to a scooter than a traditional skateboard. That said, like any rolling product, it takes a little time to get used to. We recommend wearing protective gear, especially a helmet — just as you would on a bike.

The limited Collector Series will be produced first, followed by the Classic Series. After that, orders will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.
The first Collector Series deliveries are expected from September 2026, based on order priority. The Classic Series is expected by the end of 2026. Whether you pre-order the Collector Series or reserve the Classic Series, you are among the very first Swi pioneers - thank you for joining us from the beginning. We will keep you updated as production progresses and delivery timelines become more precise.
Choose the smaller size. It will be easier to handle while remaining just as stable.
Yes. Swi is covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, impacts, improper use or any modification made to the product.
The 49 € / 46 CHF reservation fee secures your future Swi and directly contributes to financing production. This reservation fee is non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law (see Terms and Conditions). The final purchase price of the Swi will be communicated shortly before the payment request/invoice, and no later than 45 days before delivery.
Yes, you can email us at info@swiway.com to let us know that you wish to cancel your reservation. However, as stated in our Terms and Conditions, the reservation fee is non-refundable. Likewise, once your final purchase has been completed, your order can no longer be cancelled, as your Swi will have entered the production process.
Costs related to raw materials, transport and taxes may fluctuate, and we cannot yet determine their exact impact on final production costs and, therefore, on your order. We will do everything we can to keep the final sale price at our target of 250 € / 230 CHF
If your Swi has a manufacturing defect or an issue caused by us, it will be covered under the warranty. For any other return request, the product must be unused, in new condition and in its original packaging. Please contact us and we will review your request. If the return is accepted, return shipping costs may remain at your expense.
