What data we collect and why
- Newsletter: your email address, so we can send you Swiway news and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Orders: your name, billing and shipping address, email address and phone number, so we can process your order, deliver your product and provide follow-up.
- Payments: payment data is processed directly by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your payment details.
- Website analytics: traffic statistics, including via Google Analytics, to help us improve the website.
Who we share this data with
Only with the service providers necessary to operate our service: Stripe for payments, our shipping carrier for deliveries, Odoo for website hosting and Google for analytics. Some of these providers may process data outside Switzerland or the European Economic Area. When this happens, we make sure that appropriate safeguards are in place.
How long we keep your data
We keep your data only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose and to comply with our legal obligations, including accounting requirements.

Terms of Sale
Scope of Application
These terms govern any order placed on the website swiway.com with Swiway Sàrl, Route de Lausanne 16, 1096 Cully, Switzerland (“Swiway”). By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The products are currently offered on a pre-order basis, with delivery expected in autumn 2026. The products available for sale are those displayed on the website, subject to availability. Depending on the selected Series, payment is made as follows: Collector Series: a single non-refundable payment. Classic Series: an initial non-refundable reservation fee. For the Classic Series, the final price will be communicated and invoiced before delivery.

Nature of the pre-order
A pre-order allows the customer to reserve a product before it enters production or becomes commercially available. The final product specifications may be subject to reasonable adjustments due to engineering, manufacturing or regulatory requirements.
Product changes
Swiway reserves the right to make reasonable changes to materials, components, colours, packaging or technical specifications, provided that these changes do not materially affect the product’s functionality or value.
Reservation Fee
The reservation fee paid at the time of pre-order constitutes a firm reservation. The terms relating to this reservation are expressly stated on the product page. This reservation, and the selected Series, gives the customer priority fulfilment and helps us finance the launch. The reservation fee is non-refundable.
Order and conclusion of the contract
The order becomes firm upon confirmation by Swiway (confirmation email or cashing of your payment). Swiway reserves the right to refuse an order for a legitimate reason.
Prices
Prices are indicated in CHF or EUR depending on the country of delivery. Any applicable delivery fees and taxes are specified before the order is confirmed, except for the Collector Series where applicable.
Final price
For Classic pre-orders, the total price will not exceed the maximum amount indicated at the time of reservation. The final price will be communicated a few days before the payment request.
Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. For pre-orders with a reservation fee, the remaining purchase amount must be paid before shipment. Orders are shipped only after payment has been confirmed.
Delivery times
The delivery dates communicated are estimates. Delays beyond Swiway’s control may occur, including due to supply, manufacturing, strike, transport or customs-related issues. Swiway shall not be held liable for such delays, which do not constitute grounds for compensation. In the event of a significant delay, the customer will be informed and may cancel the order, in which case all amounts paid will be refunded.
Events beyond our control
Swiway shall not be held liable for delays or inability to perform resulting from events beyond its reasonable control.
Right of withdrawal and returns
European consumer customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Withdrawal requests must be submitted by email to: info@swiway.com.
The refund will be processed within 14 days following confirmation that the returned product has been received and approved. Your Swi must be returned in new, unused and undamaged condition, with all accessories and documents, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product, product recall or an error on our part. Personalized, engraved or numbered products may not be eligible for return, except in the case of a proven manufacturing defect. A refund will only be issued if the return conditions described above are fully met.
Warranty
Products are covered by the legal warranty for defects under Swiss law for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery. Swi has been designed with repairability in mind. Spare parts and after-sales support may be made available on the website where appropriate.
Limitation of Liability
Swiway’s liability is limited to the amount of the order, to the extent permitted by law. The product must be used in accordance with its intended purpose and with the safety instructions stated in the user manual delivered with the product.
Use and Safety of Swiway Products
Swiway products are designed for urban use, which involves inherent risks. The user is solely responsible for using the products safely and for respecting other users of the urban environment. By using a Swi, the user acknowledges that this activity involves inherent risks and accepts full responsibility for such use. The use of appropriate protective equipment is strongly recommended, including a helmet and wrist guards.

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
The place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of Swiway Sàrl in Lausanne, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the customer’s place of residence.
